Playing outdoors is great, but sometimes the weather just doesn’t cooperate. Indoor playgrounds can be a great way for your kids to get some energy out, while still enjoying the air conditioning inside. Keep reading for a full list of all the indoor playgrounds in Tifton!
First Baptist Church

First Baptist Church of Tifton has a great indoor playground that is totally free to the public. You can access it by entering through their Family Life Center and signing in at the front desk. The church is located at 404 Love Avenue, but the Family Life Center is on Central Avenue. The playground is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, some special youth programs during the summer may affect this, so it’s a good idea to call ahead at 229-386-1643.

McDonald’s (Second Street Location)
The McDonald’s location on Second Street in Tifton also has an indoor play place for customers. The address is 824 2nd Street E. While not completely free, you could buy a small ice cream for the kids and then let them run around and play for a while!
Chick-fil-A
Our local Chick-fil-As (1197 US-82 and Tift Avenue) also have indoor playgrounds for customers. Again, although not completely free, it wouldn’t be too expensive to buy an ice cream or cookie for the kids and let them get some energy out without worrying about the heat.
Noah’s Play Grounds

Noah’s Play Grounds in downtown Tifton (139 Love Avenue) is another great indoor play option when you want to get out of the house, but don’t want to brave the heat. The cost is $12 + taxes for the first child and $10 + taxes for additional siblings, but they have a punch card system, so for every five times you go, the sixth play is free. There is no time limit for this indoor play place, and children six months and under are free. In addition to an area for younger kids, they also have the “Hang Out” for tweens 9-14 with drop off options. You can also purchase a monthly membership starting at $45 for one child. It is open Monday-Saturday from 10:00-6:00.
Adventure Town

Adventure Town is another local indoor play café in the Tifton Mall (458 N Virginia Avenue) for the summer, when it’s just too hot to do much playing outside. The cost is $18 for the first child for two hours of playing and $6 for each additional child. Children under 11 months are free with a paying sibling, but $6 for a one hour play if it’s just them. They also offer monthly memberships starting at $55 for one child. They are open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 am t 7:30 pm, and on Sundays from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
